By: Jeff Riddall on June 25, 2020 Categories: Content Marketing, Content Mashup Newsletters, Content Strategy

Feels like we are starting to see some sunlight at the end of the pandemic tunnel, though we all still need to be safe and hope you are. At Mintent, we’ve been working on some bright new workflow improvements and a few new content marketing pieces we’d like to share. As always, we welcome any feedback or questions you may have.

Workflow Improvements

Flexible workflows are a critical part of any organization’s content marketing process and we’ve received lots of feedback from you around how ours can be improved. We’ve listened and have incorporated many of your suggestions to improve and extend the value of this important feature. Of note, you will now be able to:

  • create dual parallel workflows at multiple levels
  • move between stages within parallel branches
  • view the number of business days associated with individual stages or an entire workflow/project
  • choose to receive Start Workflow notifications
  • quickly access Comments made on any workflow stage

We’ve created a Help document on these and other updates here for your reference.

Feel free to reach out to if you have any comments or questions about these changes or any other feature requests.
